If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds. The following terms apply to any products you purchase from us.

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Policy) refers to Prehistoric, DBA Prehistoric, Inc., 18818 Brookhurst St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Prehistoric, accessible at prehistoric.com.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date you received the Goods, or when a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can do so by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same method of payment you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in their original packaging
  • The Goods have not been used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired
  • Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the Goods or proof of delivered return.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
